Free ( with purchase of pet care visits)
After you create a new account we will schedule a Meet + Greet to get to know you and your pet. Please sign the Pet Care Contract on our App as well as provide ALL your information as well as ALL your pet's info and Vet info waver and any other useful information that will help us care for your pet(s) in the best possible way. *We would appreciate 5 days notice to give us time to come out and meet you and your pet. *However, if you do not select a pet service there is a $10 fee.
by first visit
Payment is required before services are rendered for new clients or due by the first visit for current clients. Venmo is the preferred method of Quick Payment but we also accept Paypal, Square, Cash or Check or through our pet software. Late fees apply if payment is not received before services begin.
In the event of additional, unforeseen visits or other pet costs (such as extra food, supplies, or vet fees), payment is expected within 2 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied. Venmo is the preferred method of quick payment.
Reservations with fewer than 5 days notice, last minute booking requests, next day service, or same day service, additional fees apply for new and current clients. We will do our best to fit your pet in.
(Some holiday fees apply surrounding days before/after major holidays).
*Holiday fees are collected at booking to reserve your spot. We can not give credits or refunds during the high demand holiday seasons. Make sure to book us early on those dates.
Please have all keys, fobs, codes ready at the meet n greet. If a copy of your house key is not made available at the initial consultation, an additional key pick up fee will be charged as well as for keys returned. We are happy to keep your key on file for future services or per your request, a lock box may be purchased for pet care visits. Please let us know if you have your own secure door lock, lock box, gate code and or specific code for us to use.
The Sporty Dog should be the only ones providing pet care services during the time you are utilizing our services. We can not accept shared assignments with others due to any confusion regarding the pet care and safety of the pets as well as our bonding insurance doesn't cover these type of situations. Please let us know in advance if anyone else will be coming into the house ( maids, pool cleaning or yard services) as well as friends, family or neighbors while you are away.
The Sporty Dog does not give refunds for cancelled pet sits or dog walks. However, if more than 48 hours notice is given for an emergency cancellation, a credit will be applied to your account for future visits. In the event of an early return from a trip etc, no refunds or credits are given, as we have reserved that time specifically for your pet. All cancellations given less than 24 hours notice will incur a $20 fee or the price of the cancelled visit or dog walk previously paid.
